why switch?

Habitude leads you to think and do change differently.
Current market capability offerings continue to focus on aged models such as Lewins Model (1947), Kotter 8 steps (1996) and ADKAR (2003) which are conceptually sound but do not offer real insight into solving for today’s change complexity.

Habitude integrates two fundamental change success factors:

  1. Mobilisation

  2. Readiness

Showing you how to build intelligent change programs that solve for a complex business context which has:

  1. Internal cultural expectations regarding behaviour,

  2. A need to operationalise new ways of working

across many dynamic change landscapes, including:

  • Technology and AI Advancement

  • Customer’s Service and Product expectations

  • Shareholder’s performance expectations

  • Regulator’s operational directives

  • Community expectations about social and environmental impact

  • Leader’s accountability and responsibility to all of the above in times of change

The HABiTuDE Change Practitioner Program provides the knowledge and practice required to propel your journey of mastery in change practice.

Understand change

Switch Habitude (habit+attitude) – a Thinking and Doing framework with tools that enables you to develop a tactical change strategy and plan that is both predictive and effective.

  • Required mind-set shifts

  • The immovable cultural characteristics

  • Capability development (across all ways of working)

  • Change engagement strategies (for impacted people and stakeholders)
